PRIMA FACIE DETERMINATION
I received my first Prima Facie Determination today, I did not receive any notification stating it was on its way. I just found it in my mailbox.
I’m happy to know that something is actually moving, even though I know the process is long I trust God.
What I need now is my EAD (CO9) and AP, so that I can be able to have independence and freedom.
Trusting God for an approve EAD soon.

@Mtu Wangu I suggest you refile your I 765 and send a copy of your pending I 485 receipt so they can waive the I 765 fee. You don’t even have to contact a lawyer, it’s simple just fill the form out correctly and send it in. Because your lawyer may want to charge you for refiling

you dont get notification for prima facie. I got 5 before my case was approved. No notifications at all
