they don't allow such in Texas.. I fact they place me out of state

I tried and this dont work in my state, after a very lengthy phone conversation getting my hopes up, with welcome letter from school and all, they told me that Im out of state. After I called the state education department, they finally changed to accepted but have to pay out of state. I stopped looking but I have a very strong desire to try elsewhere for fall semester.

This doesn't work in Texas
