Prima Facie
I am 38 months into my VAWA application, my expedite request was denied, my primary facie expired a few days ago and I did not get a new one, unlike previously when I do get it a week before the current one expires.. Is this normal as I am nervous. I received 6 prima facie so far..

my prima facie expired too on May/07 but I got new one on Oct/23

I filed in June 2022. Only received 1 prima facie in 2022 till date. So, I don't see why you're panicking. It might even be a positive thing.

that’s my frustration because i can even continue my career goal because my college wants you to automatically fill for fafsa.

@MWVawa2023 D yes, some 2022 are getting approved. But personally haven't heard from them yet
