to be honest with you, so believe you can not apply without ssn. go to Social Security and apply for ssn. show them Prima Facie and say you need number to apply for fafsa bc you are eligible for fafsa. that’s a valid reason to issue SSN without work permit

@chris rod you have to file fafsa application on studentais.gov (first you have to create account with them if you dont have one). after you file your application and will be processed, school will contact you and will ask for documents they need.
