preparing to Petion a Spouse
Hello Everyone. I am a PR and planning to get married to sponsor my spouse. She lives in Canada, just 30 minutes from where I live, so she is usually here every weeekend, she comes on B1/B2 visa. She renews her visa every time it expires.
We are planning to get married here in the US, maybe it can fasten things. Has anyone any experience related to that? Do you think she needs to change her name just after the wedding.
I would like to hear from people who have already gone through a similar process, Thank you
