Premium processing of I-140 for EB1A (I-140)
is there anyone who applied for premium processing of I-140 (EB1A) recently?
did you get your response or still waiting?
it’s supposed to be processed within 15 business dates, but it seems there is a backlog (?) my bf recently submitted his case and it’s taking a bit longer than expected.
any insights would be appreciated, thanks!

It depends on the processing center. Nebraska is currently overload and you should expect the adjudication of your case to pass the premium processing deadline. My application is 26 business days and counting
