Premium processing for I-140
My priority date is October 2024. During the application time I had 16 citations on Google Scholar with 1 first author and 1 co first authored publications. Now I have 50 citations with 2 more first authored publications. I am wondering how much chance I have for approval if I do the premium processing now. Can anyone share their recent experience with PP with similar profiles? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

unfortunately the officer will review your case based on the information available at the time of filing. only if you get a rfe you can show that you are still on track to your endeavor with new papers and citations, but the officer might ignore it.

some people are saying there is a higher chance of getting rejected if I do premium processing now. Is the 35-50% rejection rate with premium processing?
