Premium Process for I-140
How long does it take USCIS to approve I-140 with premium process? EB3 skilled (nursing profession)
I heard 15 days but on website it shows 45 calendar days. Please comment who have done premium process for I-140.

It should be decided within 15days, or it will be refunded. It took only 7 days for me. 45 days only for EB2 NIW category.

I am also a nurse 😁 My I-140 timeline was Nov 2022 - Jan 2023 and I did not do premium processing.
