guys I’m from set 2022 but I’m same
time I have removing process I just apply to close my removal with my prima facies you guys think this works? I don’t see my family almost like 6 y

Based on my experienced, I had to wait for my VAWA approval to terminate my removal proceedings....but, what you did could work too.

I do because I ido one extension of the visa and they denied after I get married

Yes. New EOIR regulations (effective July 29th) gives Immigration Judges discretion to dismiss cases based on prima facie determination of another form of relief.
I haven’t seen my family in 10 years.

@bogata bogata my Vawa was approved last week, but I am also in removal proceedings. How long did it take for it to be terminated?

@Toya W I think it depends on the Judge and DHS. My case, took a little over 2 months.
