@Lané Schmid you need evidence of abuse in the marriage be it verbal , emotional, physical….and you need proof that your marriage is or was real. You can file within 2 years after divorce.

@la la my Vawa was approved in August 2024. I submitted medical and it was received on December 4th 2024. still waiting for GC approval. did you expedite your medical submission? my submission to USCIS was June 1 2021. God is in the story. congratulations 🎊
