Potomac Service Center I-765
Hey guys, just wanna know is there anyone who is also waiting their case to be approved Or have already received their EAD card in this center? I feel like this service center has the longest processing time🥲 I submitted my I-765 renewal application on Feb.2021 and case was received by USCIS on Mar.17.2021 and now the 180 days extension was expired too, I can't do anything…still waiting and feel like there is no end…

@ celine ..april.6 recd date for STEM ead....180 day ended..job terminated...sent inquiry via congressman reply received case pending background security check...did you try contacting call center???

@y k I tried expedite, outside of the normal processing time (waited more than 30 days and applied for another), senator, ombudsman sent me emails that they sent request as well like a 2 weeks ago. Didn’t received any responses from Potomac. I sent tons of email on my online account no responses.

now sure what do you mean by that. They put you on a leave and off the payroll in the best case. You can’t work and have access to your company stuff.
