I received a letter saying that after 60 days they will let me know if I have an interview, but more than 60 days ago they never said anything, what do you think I can do please

@ josé They asked me: what’s our house couch color? how did we met? and if my kids ever slept in my house. They were a little behind in time and their system was slow and most of the time the officer was out of the room

Samw with me. Gone 38 days now and still waiting for a decison. We got 120 days to wait before requesting or submitting an inquiry

I had my interview since january 24 th I got a white paper with your case held under review/ 120 days to wait before requesting...am still waiting for the decision

same here my i130 approved in the interview but i485 still pending it's only shows on the website that interview scheduled for March 8 in February 8th

@John RICHARDS did they approve your i130 at least?

@David balili not yet. We filled all the forms concurrently and so if they approve I-130 they will automatically have to approve I-485. They can’t approve one and leave the other out. I’m still awaiting a decision. Giving them 120 days as required from interview date. I have clocked 40 days since my interview.

@liko tili does the officer told you 120 because ? we went with my spouse and and next day i130 approved only but not i485 and never received anything only on the website showing the on February 8th your interview was scheduled

@John RICHARDS mine i130 approved next morning March 9th day after interview but i485 nothing!!! it's ridiculous my attorney said wait couple days it's been already 11 days

@John RICHARDS I submit everything together i765 i485 i130 & i131 my i765 approved together with i131 on February 7th the i130 they approved basically the day of the interview so I don't get it what the point to have i130 without i485

@David balili oooo wow. it’s crazy then. I bet the both approved on paper but the officer perhaps forgot to hit the approved tab in the system.

@David balili not must you can do now besides waiting for 120 days in total before taking the next step. Calling will not do anything. Secondly, you can’t request inquiry cause you are not at that line yet. It’s crazy!!

@John RICHARDS do you think something can happen after 120 days in case if something would not happen before that

@David balili Yes, I’m 100 sure. Cause the system will alert them including the supervisor

@John RICHARDS I heard from some people that they have been waiting over the 120 days and no response I'm mostly annoyed by the fact it show that interview scheduled and doesn't says i485 under review

@David balili if 120 days passed and no decison contact your local congressman. Mine shows case is being actively review

@John RICHARDS I don't know if it counts the interview date or just from the date they will show is under review

@liko tili so my issue was my birth certificate and the officer told us they need to check my birth certificate a representative of my lawyer was there and the officer said we will let you know I was so stressed that I haven't even asked her how long should we wait but when I talked to my lawyer he told me it'll take about a week and it's been already 11 days since my interview

@David balili I think all will be ok by the grace of God. My lawyer told me the most important is to send all the proof about your marriage and answered well, because they want to know if is real or not

Not even 120 days ,we are on : June 22 2021 application day , had an interview last year on March 17 and still no decision, have been contacting them multiple times and I was told I’m still in processing time ! My lawyer told me we should file a mandemus , but I’ve heard it’s not a good idea to do so before the processing time is up ( which our is 24 of March 2024! ) I don’t know what to do at this point …
