i'm in a similar situation but i'm out of country. my husband is deployed. haven't heard from ombudsman since we sent the inquiry in february. haven't heard back from the senator, house of rep only said to wait bc we are in 'normal processing time'. we haven't heard anything at all since we applied in march of 2025...
