Post Greencard Approval
Hi All, is it Mandatory (legally) to inform your employer that I have received Green Card. Also what about spouse who is on L2 EAD, do we need to provide her employer green card as well?

@Raj veer yes, Reason: You are no longer on Non Immigrant Visa anymore. there is no H1 or L1 or L2 for you anymore. all will be abandon immidiately you receive the physical greencard.

Whwnever we want to switch the work authorization type (visa to EAD etc), I-9 needs to be updated (employer does it once we let them know).
