@Emmanuel IB you are not alone in this situation, I have been approved since October 2020 and up till now, I-485 still pending! My attorneys advised me to file a mandamus but I don’t have the funds to pay and so I’m just waiting for God to help me. If you have the resources, please go ahead because you will get a decision in 60 days according to what I have been told or you take my style and just wait. Good luck and please keep us posted

I paid 3k for mandamus 50 days today and not answer they charge $200 for a consultation if still need it my case is waiver waiting 38 months now

Lawyers won't do nothing ! Nobody sues the goverment of the US. You better understand that ! Lawyers or mandamus don't have no power over USCIS. So stop wasting your time and money. Waiting is all you can do !

@Blessing MaryColin If the USCIS files a motion to stop your lawsuit, it means they are requesting the court to dismiss or halt the legal action you've taken against them. Please do not mislead people.
