My case has been at NBC since the initial stage. As recent as about 6 weeks ago it was still there. On March 7 I got the actively reviewed notification on my I-130. To my surprise a live agent told me today via Emma that my case was is ANC (Anchorage) when my field office is truly in New Orleans. What should I make of this ?

Good sign that it’s at the local filed office. You either will be called for an interview or they might waive it. You are getting there.
