i dont know yet , just waiting for the date , i wish i didnt have an interview but since i have two waiver pending my lawyer says you must have to have that interview…. Best of luck for you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 lets us know what they say

sometimes it’s better to get an interview because you don’t have to wait for additional RFEs because you can submit everything on the day of the interview and then wait for decision.

I don’t think you need drivers license if you have a valid passport. It doesn’t say you need a DL on the interview request, just a government issued ID

I’m sure if you gave them an American drivers license they will take that over your foreign passport but I don’t think they will raise an issue if you didn’t have it.
