please my brother really need help is anyone got similar case if yes what to do
my brother wife is a citizen they got married 2years ago and they submitted their case, and he got 2 years conditional green without interview .
now they separate but still married, but they don’t live together no more…
the problem is that immigration sent him a letter saying that his wife got married again to someone else. meaning that now she got 2 husband , because they didn’t get divorce
for that raison they denied all his cases and the conditional green card too…
so please what kind he do now to fix his case. ????? she’s not picking nobody call

so they separated, she possibly divorced him without him knowing and remarried. He still can have his green card if their relationship was bona fide.
Why did uscis revoke his previously approved Green card?
