Please I really need help 🙏with your answers I’m pregnant I have submitted ds260 and others everything is submitted and complete I m looking forward to expedited but they said pregnancy alone does
is not a good reason what should I do 🙏🙏I want to join my husband before my pregnancy is due
how can I go about it now please 🙏#help me

sad to say it's true. pregnancy alone is not enough reason. They have rejected my 5 expedite requests for pregnancy reason and 20 expedites for various reasons including of being alone and had a caesarean section, my baby is 1 year old now and still waiting for an interview. sad reality.

did you end up delivering abroad ? if yes , how did you go about moving with your baby to the USA ? were you able to add them directly to the DS-260 or did you file another I-130 ?
