Hello everyone, please I need some guidance concerning my immigration case. I filed a 290 b appeal and 539 reinstatement to F1 student status. I checked my status recently and it said in process. Does anyone know if one case will be dependent on the other. I filed the 290 b myself because the attorney representing me made mistakes and refused to state that in my initial 290 b appeal and it was denied almost right away. I filed the 290 b appeal about 6 months ago stating my new facts and email correspondence between the attorney and me. Does anyone know what I should be expecting next and since I filed by myself what I should be doing at this point. Thanks.
