please i need help my people
summited my application since may 2021 we went for interviee twice but on Feb 3rd my I-130 was approved then i recive a notice for my I-148 that i need to resummit my medical which i sent it out on Febuary 10th and on post office trackers the package was deliverd to uscis on feb 13th but on March i got i arrested with police for DWI and the judge dismiss the case...on Septmber 6th 2023 i recive tge notice from uscis that i need to summit the depostion of the areested which i went to court and get the certificate of diposition and i sent it on Sept 8th and they recieve ot on sept 15th since then i called them like 5 time they just send mail to me that my case still under a normal processing time thats all what i heard from them like 5 times now...im really scared now....please any advise....thanks

does DWI cases affect your uscis case really? My husband the petioner got DWI , can this affect my case as the beneficiary? kindly let me know too
