you have to go to the website with nvc information check your email

how long did it take for them to upgrade ur case ??i sent mine two weeks ago but no upgrade ,when urs was upgraded did they send u any notification?

once you go online and request information it depends how much time you will receive response but it very faster and safe

how can i go online and request the information bcos is close to three weeks since i sent my upgrade to them but nothing has been done

"TSGsystem" thats the name of the email they sent

what I suggest you right now you need to contact an agent or lawyer to make updated to your case don’t try to save money to do right thing sometime you need to spend money to get what you need faster and safe please do what I tell you don’t waste your time texting people
