Please help me, my I130 has not yet been approved, but they asked me for evidence for I485 which includes medical exams, birth certificate and the letter and I130 is approved but it has not yet been approved, what should I do? I send it anyway or wait to see if they approve it.

if you got letter that it says approved I 130 that means they approved it don’t pay attention on Accounts cuz I 130 never says case approved it says case actively reviewing

You have to send everything they ask of you because if they don't respond it means you don't want your case to continue and they can close it.@mmmm kkk

both I-130 and I-485 needs to be approved for you to received a green card. don’t wait any longer to reply to the RFE, cause USCIS will not approve you if there’s missing documents on your application.
