please help, I recently got my green card through marriage and also my daughter and her daughter is also on the filing but they are in Jamaica! My daughter’s I-130 was approved and
my grand-daughter is in Jamaica and USCIS schedule interview for her case. Help how does this work and I didn’t adjust her status, she is still in Jamaica! how do I go about getting this fitted

I don’t understand your case. so your spouse petitioned your daughter? how old is she now and how old was she when you married your spouse? is she married? answers to these questions make a big difference.

yes my citizen spouse petitioned for her, she’s now 23 not married and she was 15 when we got married
