please help
I have received a RFE for medical examination now my question is. I have my medical done January 2023 but now uscis has updated I-693 form so now should I have to get new medical or submit old one and if I send old one there’s a problem or delay my case and if I done medical again and submit how long does uscis response!

I got the same thing notice on Dec 12th then I got another notice that said case is being actively reviewed and the record indicates they have everything they need. I called the customer service and they told me the RFE was issued and then canceled 10 minutes later I then called back and was told it’s canceled and I should not submit any, please call them

if you send the old one they will deny the case. when you submit it, it has to be on the newest form NORMALLY. however since it’s been within two years since you’ve received the medical then you should be good. I’d use the ask Emma feature on their website and ask to speak to an agent and just run it by them.

@miaa brown, the old one I was did January 2023 still have one year to expaierd but USCIS updated form last may 2023 and I ask my lawyer what should I do send old one or make new one then she said it’s up to you if send old one they’ll request again and you have get new one, but I’m not satisfied with her if I send and uscis deny my case so now I’m decided to make new one and send it because RFE last date is march 14, 2024 and thank you Miaa brown

April 7, 2024 is my second anniversary so I’m wondering maybe I’ll get 2years GC or 10years GC and after RFE send how long does it take to get GC

Almost 2 years is a long delay. You can sue USCIS on your own for the delay, and much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is a channel Immigration Aid helping people.
