PLEASE HELP!
my embassy refuses to answer my expedites, they are not denied or approved and my senator has sent one, i have sent one, and the NVC has sent one. i am not sure what is going on!! please tell me if there is any other way to get them to answer me. I sent an inquiry to the white house but not sure they will respond. what other measures can i take please!?

@henny henny You need to make sure you are contacting them with accurate information.
My lawyer needed to contact the embassy for me last year. The info that we find online through the State Department website was not up to date. My wife got up to date information through Facebook.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

Find a Facebook group for your embassy or ask in Reddit. You may have a better chance at getting an answer in one of those two.

@J M they denied mine. i sent one again yesterday and today they sent it to the embassy. if they havent answered they wont answer they answer in 24-48 hours
