I have a employment based (eb3-1) I-485 pending. I and my husband had our interview on May 22, 2024 and the case has been on CRP status (Case Remains Pending) since then. No issues at the interview! Interviewer let us know he will approve the case if visas are available and if not, we will receive a visa retrogression letter. We did not receive anything.
Now, we received a notice to appear in 10 days for an interview. What could this possibly be about? There was no online status update but just this letter? Please anyone has any experience, do share.
