USCIS may waive the interview at its discretion for removing conditions , you may or may not have to . My sister just got her 10 years based on marriage and they waived her interview .

@Steph Romano they waived my interview for two years green card but I wonder if they’re going to make interview for the 10 years green card because my wife she say with their renew it, they’re not ask you for interview, but I see somebody now they make an interview for them

@cristina ebannn I already have my green card through marriage for two years but I am talking about the renew green card from 2 to 10 years. Did they ask for interview? or they’re not ask because they just renewal.

every case is different , unfortunately there’s no way of telling, some people have interview and some get theirs waved.

so has anyone got their 2-year GC waived and then got the 10-year GC waived also?
