Please Advice
My US citizen husband filled for my children who are still at my home country. The case is on since September 30 2022. The case is still at USCIS not appproved yet. Since my country is among a partially travel ban, what can I do now?

Nothing but wait for i130 approval because the partial ban only applies to NVC and Consular Processing in that said home country not i130 approval

@F lh if you were married before they were 18 they will be protected by CSPA don’t worry . same thing with my daughters my us husband petition for 3 of them now my eldest turning 22 my of is Dec 2020 they only approved she alone she’s protected by CSPA.

@best mom Thanx for the info. they were 6 and 7 when I got married and filled when they were 9 and 10. Let me pray and hope for the best 🙏🏿
