Planing to writ of mandamus for both I-360 & I-485
I filed on Jan ,2022
Already over 3 years no update on my case which is stressful.I want to know if anyone has got approved by mandamus .please let us know what is the outcome of mandamus .

still earlier for mandamus, my case was approved 38 months, I saw Vawas cases approving between 36-42 months plus green card application (2-8 months) after Vawa approved.

@sandraDec2021,I did 3years and 1 months with couple days that equivalent to almost 38months and waiting patiently, I spoke to lawyer she wanted to do a expedition, but I have come so far through the struggle and reach the margin so really don't need an expedite and I would have some medical issues for expedite, so waiting, hopefully by the middle of this month

How you want to sue for 485 if your 360 still pending? Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there.

please don’t file yet. I’m April 2022 and I filed mandamus. they are trying to dismiss it. I just got a 32pages document yesterday and I have to respond by March. Most of what they wrote is the timeline is 41montjs but I’m going to try to fight it

I wouldn’t advise you file WOM now, processing time is 41months and clearly you are still within the processing period. Just give it more time, I believe the decision is around the corner

yes u can I've known of persons who file mandamus and get approved both i1360 and i1485. Just talk to your lawyer or seek legal advise 😉

mandamus will be unreasonable, so will be denied because you are within processing time

They sent me a notice last week to dismiss because of the timeline saying I filed after only waiting for 30months and I was married to a Permanent Resident. so I’m drafting my reply that I was married to a USC.
