petitioner died .is there any chance for his wife to come USA please let me know .
Hi everyone I have one question for my friend ,who was citizen of USA ,died last week in USA .he applied for his wife living in out of country ,got already second letter but because of my friend died the petition will be cancele automatically.Anyone know how can my friend’s wife come USA or any alternative way to process visa .anyone has same experience please share me .

@Eb Ololuw ig he wants her to be more than just a wife of his dead friend 👀 but actually I think it’s the wife texting this according to other posts of this user, just probably feels bad to say this from her own name so has decided to act like a “friend”

It’s better to keep quiet when you have no answer than to say all sort of nonsense.
sorry for your friends lost. hopefully you guys have the answers you are looking for. maybe you should seek an advice from a lawyer.

not for nothing, but this is one of the few posts I notice a friend asking for another friend. easy to read between the line in this one. a friend asking for a dead friends wife from a country not mentioned. super red flag 🚩.

yes she can apply for widow of us citizen. if she has already submitted the application before he passed away. she just needs to fill out the form and send the receipt from the pending case
