Petition I -130 for green card Spouse, pd 09/28/2020
I filled the petition for my spouse back in 09/28/2020. The case is currently on its 45 month of processing at Texas Service Center. The estimated time for this case is 33 months , however they do not allow us to inquire until July 29.
We have waited for 45 months, and this is unfair and inhumane. Does anyone know of any organizations (for humans right) or anyone that can help us expedite?

can you file mandamus? if you’re outside of processing times that’s probably the only way to get an answer. wishing you the best

my pd Jul 16 2020. had interview in 2021, my husband already been citizen, 2 children born in US. no decision yet. Last month i filled form, for out of processing time and received email saying to wait 90 more days.

im at the same monday is the day we have 4 years pending june 17, 2020 California service center is at 44 months i cannot inquiry until october but i just contacted my local congressman for help
