petition for brother
my aunt filed a petition for my father and we are included to accompany to join. we already pay fees, submitted application and civil documents. may I ask how long is the waiting time? i think the next process is waiting for interview, am i right? i have really no idea

If you are just getting started (the initial application fee), F4 visa take upto 20 Years. USCIS is currently processing the cases applied in 2008. You can Google more. Good Luck.

our priority date is 2007. and it was approved last nov, after that, we immediately pay fees and submitted all the required documents

Well in that case you are almost there. After the documents are DQ, NVC will wait until the embassy notifies them that visa is available. You check the monthly visa bulletin https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2025/visa-bulletin-for-december-2024.html
