Petition for Alien Relative (US Citizen filing for a spouse)
The case was filed online back in 2024. It’s been almost 8 months and haven’t heard back from uscis. Anybody who’s facing the same issue at VSC? Moreover we’ve been married for more than half a decade and have two kids. Isn’t that supposed to expedite the process?

Cases are taking 16.5 months right now! hopefully they work more faster!

cases are taking 16-17 months in some. but they are currently approving November 2023. so just hold the faith it will come🙏🏽
