is this happening to everybody else I was at 72% then immigration ads cases now I'm back down to 69% what does all this mean why do they add cases in front of mine and what does that all mean for me it was just a longer waiting time who can I contact for an explanation

ok so basically those are the same category cases filed the same time as you. The reason some move faster than yours and the % is changing …. is because when there is progress in a case, the applicant updates it. So right now, you submitted your case, uscis received and they asked you for rfe. Well someone else could have an interview scheduled so that means they progressed further along and that’s why the % changed. hope that makes sense
