from what i saw, some people have been waiting for 2 years for I-485 😔

my vawa get approved January 2023 , and it's this week I recived médical Rfe ... you have 3 to 6 months to waiting 😁😁😁😁😁 it is now January and February 2023 get Rfe or approved... e-request don't do nothing... but it's good to trying

@king king I got rfe July and send them medical August 2023 . .

what about congressman or ombudsman, is that worth of trying or it’s better just to wait @king king

vawa approved in April 2023, medical sent and received in July 2023, March 2024 case ready for an interview... how long to wait again...! this thing is killing my mind.

Alko Bango: where’s your medical was sent?….did your case got transferred after Vawa approval ?….my case was transferred from Vermont to NBC and I had to send my medical there….(my Vawa approved July 18, case transferred Aug 4,request for initial evidence Aug 23, it was for medical,they received Sept 26…then since nothing moved, so march 14 I made a e request for out of normal processing time and march 22,yesterday they sent me a note saying my inquiry is assigned to an officer for response….. let’s see what happening next…

@KR Chic , NBC request sends medical RFE quickly but approves after 10 to 14 months, but Vermont waits when the file is ready, it sends medical RFE and decides within weeks that it has received the response. Congressman also makes an e-request, but it is better, because he at least will receive a clear answer. if your file is between 10 to 12 months waiting, you can make the request, otherwise, you must wait... now most of the files are approved between 10 to 14 months. trying e-request or Congressman see, you don't lose anything, it's free ,okay. they will just tell you that you are within the normal d'Adeline 😁😁😁😁😁😁

@king king I already make e-request , they get back to me saying they are working on other cases . 10-14 months since Vawa approval or sinse they received medical ? ombudsman or congressman that’s the same thing right ? thank you

@king king my Vawa was approved in Feb 2023. Who said that they are approving Jan-Feb this month? Doesn’t it depend on FO? I think my I485 is in FO.

@bay bay for me it was January 2023 my vawa is approved and I just received RFE, many others from January and February 2023 received RFE or saw it approved. if you are in this margin your turn is very soon. if you had sent all the documents in full you will see your case approved or will receive an interview letter, but like me if the medical documents are missing, you will receive RFE to be approved directly or an interview letter to which you need to bring your medical records note well uscis does its best to make a decision of l485 based on vawa within 6 to 14 months

@king king : my 360 was approved on Feb 2024, so far my 485 still with Vermont center, they didn’t transfer it to other office, I submitted all forms together at beginning and was married with US citizen. if they didn’t transfer my case to other office. Do I need to be worry again?

@Love makes everything better 💝 my file is also not transferred, it's in Vermont too. you don't have to worry... they will ask you rfe if you had not added your medical file and then they approve
