PD NOV-2023 and waiting for visa bulletin
like many others I have an EB2-NIW approved with NOV-2023 PD and feeling frustrated of the wait. When do you think I can file for AOS? I am ROW

Based on current visa bulletin movement, my prediction would be around April or May 2025 you should be able to file for AOS.

filing AOS based on table b is usually not allowed after 2nd quarter, so hopefully October 2025 when FY26 starts 🤞🤞

@Anto A Very true, by 2nd quarter the likelihood is AOS filing will be based on Final Action table and not Dates for Filling table.

@adam smith imo pretty much zero chances to file in FY25, but I am happy to be wrong because I have a PD close to yours. we will have more clues in a couple of months..
