@SR 22 usually takes 2-3 months for any movement with case and same for @Retro PD as well @L Neves you have been current for more than 2 mths any idea where your case is at?

pd- 11/21 case update as visa bulletin not current or case held in abeyance since 2023. no rfe, interview so far. case is at nbc

pd 10/2021 case transferred to sam diego fo on April. no update no rfe interview so far

@Eb3 other mine said same as yours, case held for abeyance then after two days it changed to CRP.. it was on 2024 after I did interview and submitted RFE

@Retro PD yep seen cases getting sent to non local or local field offices within 3 mnths, try asking emma never know.

I asked emma. They said my case is in Cleverland Ohio. I actually live in FL

@Mandem FC it goes to non local fo, non local fo issues rfe then gets sent to local fo for interview which is wild but looking at Reddit posts thats the trend right now.

@Lucas Anton I did inquiry case 80 days ago, they answered 20 days ago just said "wait" 🫩 pd oct 2021, Still pending since 2022 no updates yet. my case is in SanDiego CA

@BD V your case has not moved since 2024? I thought cases usually gets back to NBC after interview at field office.

I had my interview in 2025 and case is still in Milwaukee FO after the interview. No status changed after the interview. PD NOV 2021

@sam sam @BD V start congressional inquiry. Milwaukee FO likes to sit on people’s case. I know 8 people who have had their interview in Jan 2026, PD current for more than 6 months, no decision from Milwaukee FO.

my case got transferred from NBC to non local field office and now they send it back NBC.I don't know what's going on?

pd NOV 21.. my case is still in NBC, it has not been transferred to non-local field office but I saw many Nov pd case has been transferred to non-local filed office
