PD march 2025, should go for PP
I filed from attorney and asked for PP but they are recommending to file for i485. I am on J1 status and expiring on Aug 2026.
Meanwhile if I file i485 , I can’t extend my J1 status legally. Also if i140 case denied after filing i485, then i485 will also rejected.
