PD I-130 potomac
anybody also with this PD? and also we sent my I-130 back in sept 2022 and it’s at Potomac, and we just sent 485+765 March 2024 and it’s at national benefits center, that won’t be an issue right? I’m hoping not but I just want this to be doneeee

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"
