PD current, pending i140
Guys my i140 is still pending, my PD is June 2024. Do you think it’s okay to grab this golden opportunity to apply for AOS with a pending i140 since my PD is current with the October bulletin.

Just my thoughts.
I believe you can conduct a solid self-assessment of your situation. I'm sure you've consulted a few lawyers and companies for free evaluations to gauge where you stand with you i140.
If you're confident that you've received a thorough assessment and that your case is strong and well-documented, along with making sure you didn't overlook any documents and filled out your forms correctly, then I think you have a good shot at getting approval.
In that scenario, I would file immediately if I were in your position.
Of course, if the opposite is true, then I would take a step-by-step approach and wait.
However, if you have the resources to proceed, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to file the I-485, regardless of the circumstances, and secure your spot in line!

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. I got an RFE for only one prong, 2 prongs were accepted and I think my lawyer presented a solid response. I am waiting to hear back but I do stand a chance for approval. I just want to be sure they won’t reject the i485 solely based on my pending i140.

Not advisable to submit without the i140 approval. part of the documentation for I485 submission is a copy of your approved I140.
