PD 09/03/21 Case went from “Case was received” to “case is being actively reviewed” on 04/08/23
my PD is 09/03/2021, marriage base green card. got an email Jan 27 2023 requesting I sent my medicals to field office in San Antonio. sent them out in March 3 because I was traveling. April 8 got a notification saying my was was now being actively reviewed. does anyone have a similar story? how long after sending medicals and having this status changed dod something change on their case and what? thanks

PD 09/16/2021 received changed to actively reviewed on 04/08/2023 ( same day as yours) and nothing since then
no request for RFE. Some people after status changed found approval under documents tab the same day or the day after
