PD - Jan 2022 | I-130 | Help me understand
Hi All
How am I supposed to understand the PD? According to the Visa Bulleting, the USCIS is working on files from Nov. 2021, correct?
Does that mean that my file wont be looked up yet until the bulleting shows current to my PD?
If is like that, how come are cases being approved way after my PD?
Wish you all a nice day.
Cheers
J

it’s because the category of your case. usc immediate relatives are processed way faster / are not reliant on the bulletin…. that’s why you see those approvals from people that just applied.

f2a takes longer

This process makes no sense. Some get approved in less than six months, while others are ignored for years.

there's no way to tell what they are working on, if anything. even when F2A was current they were still taking 1-2 years to process the i130
