payment of Visa fees twice
Good morning Mme/sir. My name is MARCEL a member of the United States Army.I already paid for the Visa fees for this applicant and submitted supporting documents under another case which was with my wife but since I turned citezen,I had to refile a completely different I130 for my 3 yrs old daughter so my question is I was told NVC will transfer documents and fees to her new case so that she gets the same interview date with my wife or what should I do? Should I pay the fees and submit documents again to this new case please help me. Your sincerely

US military do get some waivers in fees and interview. please contact the USCIS for more assistance. thank you for your service to this country

my case is now at NVC and their contact was removed online and I can only get to them by writing

@Marcel Numfor I have a similar situation. Did you pay the DS-260 fee again, or could you transfer it to a new case? If you could transfer, how did you transfer it? Thank you.

marcel numfor how was it going did u send other documents again and pay fees to new case or they have transferred to the old case ? plz need to know I have same issue

yes I did pay again and this was advised by an expert and beholdit worked and I expedited the case and my wife and daughter have same interview date

They asked my spouse to pay again at Embassy, and she paid it.

@ Marcel Numfor I have question.Did you apply your daughter’passport or did you citizenship for her ? Also,did you get her green card when she entered in the country or no need to get a green card as she is eligible to acquire citizenship ? Thanks.
