passport fraud
My father came to the United States using someone elses passport and visa back in 1997. The passport was not a citizens passport however we understand this is a big thing deal within immigration law. My siblings and I are USA citizens serving in the USA military and would love to petition for my father. Has anyone ever dealt with this and how did you overcome?

he should simply go back to his home country if he hasn’t done any Biometrics in this country,then you can file for him using his real name

@Mr. Blessed There is always a way.legal advice is a must. you could get parole in place for illegal entry. also there is a few laws that protect him within the US. he must stay if he goes back to his home town he could be bar from reentry.
bottom line. you can help your father
please a good attorney could help him. do your research there is hope.

@Mr. Blessed I know someone done the same and get her green card 10 years ago through her mom am sure there's a waiver for it make sure to get a lawyer
