@fazan rashid I applied for expedited option on May 8th, it arrived on May 17th but was undeliverable per the USPS, it was finally dropped off on May 19th

@fazan rashid all first time applicants have to go into the usps office. make sure you make a copies of your naturalization certificate because they will keep the original copy and send it back to after you get your passport
