Partially Banned Country
I have been reading different news about the immigration pausing all i130 applications from nationals of the newly added partially banned countries. Is this true?

A USCIS officer, speaking to CBS News, stated that USCIS is pausing applications from the additional 20 countries recently added to the travel ban pause list, despite the absence of an official announcement. This measure has reportedly led to the cancellation of naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies for applicants from these additional countries.

Countries with Partial Travel Restrictions
The following countries are subject to partial travel restrictions, which generally include the suspension of immigrant visas and select nonimmigrant visa categories (such as B‑1, B‑2, F, M, and J), but do not amount to a full entry ban.

Conditional Resident, from a country that is partially banned, with pending I-751/N-400 Interview was originally scheduled in October, Rescheduled for January and abruptly cancelled a day after the Presidential Proclamation on December 16th. Many others have reported on Reddit that their interviews or oath ceremonies were cancelled. Safe to assume that USCIS has stopped processing cases.

@Abimbola Adejonwo Yes, it is included. I’m from Nigeria, partially banned… I was scheduled for my interview last Thursday (Dec 18th), I got to the USCIS office, ready for my interview and I was told my interview has been cancelled, along with many others… as a matter of fact, the office was pretty empty that day due to the cancellation. Initially, I thought it was a mistake and requested for a supervisor - the officer came and said the same thing, he said the order came in that morning from the upper head to cancel interviews and pause every scheduling and adjudicating for certain category.
