Partial Restriction?
My country was just added to the list of partially restricted countries after the proclamation yesterday, starting Jan 1. I already have a green card and plans to travel internationally this weekend. I will be back before Jan 1st but was wondering if this affects me anyway as a LPR already?

NOPE It doesn’t affect you brother! it affects Student and Visitor’s Visa issuance. You’re a permanent resident already doesn’t apply to you

@Jah Bless It said immigrant (which I am) and non immigrant categories. technically says LPR is exempt but I am still so scared to go

No it doesn’t apply to GC holders and Citizens. as long as you have no criminal records, you are good.

@M L You said you’re from the partially restricted and not fully so the partially restricted does not include Immigrant visa, only student and visitor’s visa
