update: Orlando office: After 11 months: Interview was scheduled/ EAD mailed 04/19/2021
update: I am doing my adjustment of status, in the Orlando office, based on married to #USC. It took 338 days for the #i485 status update until interview was scheduled. Last night (341 days) was the update of the #i765 your new card is being produced. 04/15/2021 case was approved (i765). 04/19/2021 card was mailed to me.

I’m happy for you, you must be so relieved! it’s such a long time without an EAD... did you have RFEs in that time? your pd was May or august?

11 months ? your Pd was august. I just counted 8 months . September, October, November , December , January, February, March, April

my mistake, yes, my Pd is May, I wrote the date wrong, I switched because in Spanish is the other way. sorry about that.

yes claire c and MB, It has been a long time, of course they blame the Pandemic, few workers and many cases, for which there are many people waiting. I made three services request to know when they would be biometrics. after that just wait and move without calling a congressman or senator. I hope the information helps you, and excuse my English, in advance.

today make it 1 full year for my case and no interview ready to schedule as yet. but got ead from last year September with ssn. same Orlando feild office

@hr Your English is near perfect so never worry about that. And I do the same with my dates. Thanks for the info. I understand, and somewhat feel for, the USCIS and their delays but it’s frustrating to hear how long EADs are taking. I’m glad your I-485 is moving faster than predicted... I hope it all goes well.
