Original vaccination records for I-693?
Do you need to provide the original vaccination records to the civil surgeon for I-693?
I only have photos/scans of the original since the originals are in my home country.

I also used scanned documents and it was fine, but I have a feeling that it depends on the civil surgeon you visit
